Apachs Pizza was founded in 2005 by two passionate food enthusiasts, Maria Rossi and Sean O'Donnell, who shared a dream of bringing authentic Italian pizza with an Irish twist to the local community. What started as a single small shop in Dublin quickly grew as word spread about our unique recipes and commitment to quality.
Our name "Apachs" comes from a playful blend of "appetizing" and "achievement" - representing our core values of delicious food and constant improvement. Over the years, we've expanded to over 50 locations across Ireland, but we've never compromised on our founding principles: using only the freshest ingredients, crafting each pizza with care, and delivering exceptional service.
In 2015, we were proud to be recognized as Ireland's Favorite Pizza Delivery Brand at the National Food Awards, an achievement that reflects our team's dedication and our customers' loyalty. Chief Executive Officer
Siobhan co-founded Apachs Pizza in 2005 and has led the company's expansion across Ireland. With over 20 years in the food industry, her vision and leadership have been instrumental in making Apachs a household name.
Head Chef
With a background in Italian cuisine and training from renowned culinary schools, Maria creates all our signature recipes. She's passionate about combining traditional techniques with innovative flavors.
Operations Director
Patrick ensures that every Apachs Pizza location maintains our high standards of quality and service. With a background in logistics, he's optimized our delivery system to ensure your pizza arrives hot and fresh.
Customer Experience Manager
Aoife leads our customer service team and is dedicated to ensuring every customer interaction with Apachs Pizza is positive. She's implemented many of the customer-focused initiatives that set us apart in the market.
Supply Chain Manager
Liam works closely with local farmers and suppliers to source the freshest ingredients for our pizzas. His commitment to quality and sustainability ensures we're using the best products while supporting local businesses.
Apachs Pizza opens its first location in Dublin, introducing our signature blend of Italian tradition and Irish flavors.
Following the success of our first store, we open three more locations in Cork, Galway, and Limerick.
We launch our initiative to source ingredients from local Irish producers, supporting the community and ensuring freshness.
